For Clay Davis, it’s about the journey as much as it is about the success. In 2004, he joined Rick Villani’s HomeFixers Corp. turning his hobby into a career, assisting real estate investors in assessing, renovating and selling houses for profit. Through his technical expertise, the company has developed software tools to help real estate investors assess and estimate renovation costs. In 2007, he and Rick Villani drew upon their experiences of personal investments or consulting on more than a thousand flip projects to write FLIP: How to Find, Fix, and Sell Houses for Profit.
